**ZG005 + gecacitinib + bevacizumab** is an investigational combination therapy consisting of ZG005 (a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and CTLA-4[7]), gecacitinib (a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor), and bevacizumab (a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A)[2][8]). This regimen is being studied for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including HER2-negative gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and other solid tumors[1]. Bevacizumab inhibits angiogenesis by binding VEGF-A, thus blocking tumor blood vessel formation; gecacitinib inhibits JAK pathways involved in inflammation and tumor progression. ZG005 modulates immune checkpoints to enhance antitumor immunity[7]. The combination aims to provide synergistic antitumor effects by targeting immune evasion, inflammatory signaling, and angiogenesis.
