**ZGGS18 + ZG005** is a combination of two investigational biological agents developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. ZG005 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody that targets both programmed cell death 1 receptor (PD-1) and T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), acting as an antagonist to both targets to promote T cell and NK cell activation and proliferation, thus enhancing anti-tumor immunity[1][2][4][6]. ZGGS18 is a bifunctional antibody fusion protein composed of a monoclonal antibody (optimized Bevacizumab) against vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), and an engineered human transforming growth factor-β receptor II extracellular domain (TGF-β RII ECD). It binds VEGF-A, and captures TGF-β, thereby inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, reducing metastasis, and improving the tumor microenvironment[5][1]. The combination is intended to produce synergistic antitumor effects via simultaneous modulation of immune checkpoints and the tumor microenvironment[1][5][7][9]. The drug is administered via intravenous infusion and is currently under investigation in clinical trials for patients with advanced solid tumors who have failed standard therapies[7][9].
