ZHB107-108

ZHB107-108 is an investigational sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) being developed by Jiangsu Zhonghong Bioengineering Pharmaceutical Research Institute Co., Ltd. It is formulated as a sublingual tablet for the treatment of allergic conditions caused by house dust mites, including allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis, and allergic conjunctivitis. [1] The therapy works by administering small amounts of dust mite allergens under the tongue to modulate the immune system's response, aiming to build tolerance and reduce allergic symptoms. [12, 13] A Phase I clinical trial is underway to assess the safety and tolerance of ZHB107-108 in adults with allergic asthma. [1]
