ZHB114 (also known as QHRD114) is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody designed to target B7-H3 (CD276), a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint molecules. B7-H3 is highly expressed on the surface of various solid tumor cells and tumor-associated vasculature, where it plays a critical role in tumor immune evasion by inhibiting T-cell activation and proliferation. By specifically binding to B7-H3, ZHB114 blocks its inhibitory interaction with immune cells, potentially restoring and enhancing the anti-tumor immune response. Developed by Jiangsu Zhonghong Bioengineering Pharmaceutical Research Institute, a subsidiary of Qingdao Huaren Pharmaceutical, ZHB114 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors in patients who have exhausted standard treatment options.
