ZHB601

ZHB601 is an investigational small molecule Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK) inhibitor developed by Jiangsu Zhonghong Bioengineering Pharmaceutical Research Institute for the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD). CSVD is a chronic, progressive disorder affecting the small arteries and capillaries of the brain, leading to cognitive decline, gait disturbances, and stroke. ZHB601 is designed to improve the integrity of the blood-brain barrier and enhance vascular endothelial function, thereby addressing the underlying pathophysiology of CSVD. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in China to assess its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic profile in healthy volunteers and patients.
