Overview
Zhen-Qi-Jie-Du Granules is an investigational traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) compound formulation being developed by Jiangsu Famous Medical Technology in collaboration with the Jiangsu Collaborative Innovation Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine Cancer Prevention and Treatment. It is designed as an adjuvant therapy for patients with advanced, unresectable stage IV microsatellite-stable (MSS) colorectal cancer. Administered orally as granules, the formula is evaluated in combination with standard chemotherapy regimens to assess its synergistic effects in prolonging progression-free survival, improving disease control, and alleviating cancer-related fatigue and chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression.
