Zhenbing Koukuining lozenge is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapeutic developed by Wuhan Junan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for the treatment of mild recurrent aphthous stomatitis (canker sores). Formulated as a lozenge for local administration in the oral cavity, it is specifically indicated for patients presenting with the TCM pattern of heart-spleen excess heat. The drug aims to reduce pain and accelerate the healing of oral ulcers. It has been evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 clinical trial in China to determine its safety, efficacy, and optimal dosing regimen.
