This is a combination therapy consisting of Zhengyuan capsule, cyclophosphamide, docetaxel, and doxorubicin. Zhengyuan capsule is a traditional Chinese medicine formulation used as an adjunct to chemotherapy. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that interferes with DNA replication and cell division. Docetaxel is a taxane-class chemotherapeutic that stabilizes microtubules and inhibits cell division.
