ZhenQi BuXue KouFuYe (Zhenqi Buxue Oral Liquid) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal formulation administered as an oral liquid. It is a multi-ingredient botanical and animal-derived product composed of sheep placenta, pearl, red ginseng, wolfberry, astragalus, angelica, coix seed, ginger, and jujube. Traditionally used to nourish qi and blood, it is indicated for symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, and pale complexion resulting from qi and blood deficiency. The formulation is currently being evaluated in a national multicenter, prospective, randomized, controlled trial led by Peking Union Medical College Hospital for the treatment of menstrual disorders, including oligomenorrhea and amenorrhea, both as a monotherapy and in combination with progesterone capsules.
