Overview
ZhichuangShuang is an approved over-the-counter (OTC) topical medication developed and manufactured by Hongqi Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Fosun Pharma. It is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation primarily indicated for the treatment of various types of hemorrhoids, including internal, external, and mixed hemorrhoids, as well as anal fissures. The product is formulated as a cream and contains a combination of active ingredients such as artificial musk, artificial calculus bovis, pearl, borneol, amber, calamine, and borax. These ingredients work synergistically to provide anti-inflammatory, analgesic, astringent, and hemostatic effects. ZhichuangShuang is designed to reduce swelling, alleviate local pain and itching, and promote the healing of damaged anal tissues.
