Overview
Zhideke granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by the Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of acute tracheobronchitis, specifically targeting the wind-heat invading lung pattern, which is characterized by symptoms such as cough, viscous yellow sputum, fever, and sore throat. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials (e.g., CTR20255066) to assess its efficacy and safety in relieving respiratory symptoms and promoting the resolution of inflammation in the bronchial tubes. As a TCM granule preparation, it consists of a proprietary blend of botanical extracts designed to clear heat, ventilate the lungs, and resolve phlegm.
