Zhige Baogan Jiangzhi decoction is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed for the prevention and treatment of alcoholic liver disease (ALD). Also known as Liuwei Zhiji Gegen Sangshen oral liquid, the preparation is composed of multiple herbal ingredients, including *Radix Puerariae* (Gegen) and *Fructus Mori* (Sangshen), which are traditionally used to protect the liver and regulate lipid levels. The decoction aims to reduce alcohol-induced hepatic injury and improve lipid metabolism. It has been evaluated in clinical trials conducted by the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University, supported by the Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province.
