Zhiluoxunxi Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) botanical formulation developed by Suzhong Pharmaceutical Group for the management of postoperative complications following mixed hemorrhoid surgery. The drug is administered topically through fumigation and washing (sitz bath) to target the perianal area. It is primarily indicated for the relief of postoperative pain and perianal edema in patients who have undergone procedures such as external excision with internal ligation or stapling. In 2025, the candidate entered a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase II clinical trial in China to evaluate its safety and therapeutic efficacy.
