Zhishi Daozhi Pill

Zhishi Daozhi Pill (also known as Zhishi Daozhi Wan) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal formula composed of eight herbs, including *Rheum officinale Baill.* (rhubarb). It is primarily used to treat gastrointestinal disorders characterized by food stagnation and constipation. The formula works through a multi-target approach that includes strengthening the spleen, regulating the stomach, and enhancing digestion. Its mechanism of action involves the regulation of gut microbiota, stimulation of colonic mucus production, and enhancement of intestinal peristalsis.
