Overview
Zhiyang Pingfu Liquid (ZPFL) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) compound formulation developed for the management of immune checkpoint inhibitor-related cutaneous adverse events (irCAEs). It is used as an integrative supportive care measure alongside standard Western therapies such as emollients, antihistamines, and topical corticosteroids. Clinical evidence from randomized controlled trials indicates that ZPFL significantly accelerates the resolution of skin lesions and reduces the requirement for both systemic and topical glucocorticoids in cancer patients experiencing treatment-induced rashes.
