Zibu Jianshen Wan

Zibu Jianshen Wan is a proprietary traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Beijing Tong Ren Tang. Formulated as a large honey pill (大蜜丸), it is traditionally used to tonify the kidneys, regulate the spleen, eliminate dampness, and relieve abdominal distension. It is indicated for the treatment of spleen and stomach weakness, which manifests as mental fatigue, soreness and weakness in the lower back and knees, and heavy limbs. The formulation contains several herbal ingredients, including *Semen Cuscutae* (菟丝子), *Fructus Broussonetiae* (楮实子), *Semen Abutili* (苘麻子), *Semen Plantaginis* (车前子), *Cortex Cinnamomi* (肉桂), *Semen Lepidii* (葶苈子), *Fructus Jujubae* (大枣), *Exocarpium Citri Rubrum* (化橘红), and *Radix Glycyrrhizae* (甘草). In October 2026, Beijing Tong Ren Tang (Macau) received a Certificate of Registration for Zibu Jianshen Wan from the Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau of Macao, permitting its sale in the Macao Special Administrative Region.
