Overview

zIFV is an antigen-agnostic, intranasally delivered antiviral-vaccine hybrid candidate developed by VaxDome. It is designed to provide broad, mutation-agnostic protection against diverse known and unknown viral pathogens, such as influenza, as well as therapeutic efficacy against lung cancer. The platform works by rapidly transforming a selected influenza virus strain into a safe, non-invasive hybrid that mobilizes rapid innate and adaptive immune responses without inducing harmful systemic inflammation. In oncology, zIFV has demonstrated potential to arrest lung cancer in situ by rapidly generating tertiary lymphoid structures within tumors and mitigating lymphopenia.
