zilovertamab + GE-6E6

Zilovertamab + GE-6E6 is a combination of zilovertamab (also known as UC-961), an anti-ROR1 monoclonal antibody, and GE-6E6, an engineered antibody that selectively spares normal B cells unlike rituximab while maintaining antitumor activity. This bispecific approach targets receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1), which is overexpressed on malignant B cells in hematologic cancers, potentially enhancing efficacy in B-cell malignancies with reduced off-target effects on healthy B cells. Developed through collaboration involving Oncternal Therapeutics, the combination has demonstrated synergistic responses in preclinical models of prostate cancer and breast cancer, with ongoing evaluation in advanced solid tumors and lymphomas.[7]
