ZIO-201-T + doxorubicin

ZIO-201-T + doxorubicin is an investigational combination therapy studied for the treatment of advanced, refractory solid tumors where no standard therapy exists and treatment with doxorubicin is considered medically acceptable. Doxorubicin is a cytotoxic anthracycline antibiotic that exerts its antitumor effect primarily by intercalating into DNA and inhibiting topoisomerase II-mediated DNA repair.
