Overview

Zirconium Zr 89-DFO-RB6 is a radioimmunoconjugate consisting of the RB6 antibody labeled with zirconium-89 using desferrioxamine (DFO) as a chelator. It is designed for CD70-targeted immunoPET imaging of malignant cancers, including renal cancers, lymphomas, and nasopharyngeal carcinomas. The compound allows for visualization of CD70-expressing tumors through positron emission tomography (PET) imaging.
