Overview

A radioimmunoconjugate composed of TAK-164 (an antibody-drug conjugate targeting guanylyl cyclase C) labeled with the radioisotope zirconium-89 (89Zr) via a DFO (desferrioxamine) chelator. It is designed for diagnostic imaging purposes to visualize GCC expression in gastrointestinal cancers, particularly colorectal cancer. The parent compound TAK-164 consists of a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting GCC, linked to a DNA alkylating agent (mono-indolinobenzodiazepine pseudodimer or IGN) via a peptide linker.
