Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ziyinrunqiao particles is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital preparation developed by the Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM (also known as the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM). It is specifically formulated to treat vaginal dryness, a condition often associated with perimenopausal syndrome or Sjogren's syndrome. The formulation is based on TCM principles of nourishing Yin (Ziyin) and moistening the orifices (Runqiao) to restore mucosal hydration and alleviate local discomfort. As a hospital-made preparation (Yuan Nei Zhi Ji), it is regulated for use within the developing institution's clinical network to address symptoms of fluid deficiency and dryness.
