Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ZL-1101** is a first-in-class anti-OX40 antagonistic monoclonal antibody developed for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It inhibits OX40 signaling, suppressing lymphocyte activation, cellular proliferation, and production of inflammatory cytokines, as demonstrated in in vitro and in vivo inflammatory and autoimmune disease models. Zai Lab licensed exclusive worldwide rights from UCB in 2015, with plans to file an IND application in 2018 targeting conditions such as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).[1][3][4][7]
