ZL-1218 + pembrolizumab

ZL-1218 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy under investigation for advanced solid tumors. ZL-1218 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting the CCR8 receptor, predominantly expressed on intratumoral regulatory T cells (Tregs), and is designed to deplete these immunosuppressive cells in the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing antitumor immunity. Pembrolizumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1, serving as a checkpoint inhibitor to activate cytotoxic T cells.
