Overview

ZM004 is an engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapeutic developed by Zumutor Biologics, currently in the preclinical stage of development. It is designed to engage and inhibit multiple immune checkpoints, a strategy intended to overcome the immunosuppressive environment of solid tumors and enhance the cytotoxic activity of NK cells. The therapy is being explored for a broad range of oncology indications, including microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSSC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancer, high-grade serous ovarian cancer, and cervical cancer. By utilizing a multi-checkpoint targeting approach, ZM004 aims to provide a more robust and sustained anti-tumor response compared to single-target therapies.
