Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ZM015 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody being developed by Zumutor Biologics, in collaboration with Brigham and Women's Hospital, for the treatment and prevention of COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2 infection). Discovered using Zumutor's proprietary INABLR® human antibody platform, ZM015 is designed to target the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein, neutralizing the virus by disrupting its entry and fusion into host cells. The program received funding from the United States-India Science & Technology Endowment Fund (USISTEF) in 2020, but development has since been discontinued.
