Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ZMP201 (also known as C-VAX) is a vaccine adjuvant platform developed by Zymedi that targets the Toll-like receptor 2/6 (TLR2/6) heterodimer. By acting as an agonist for these receptors, ZMP201 stimulates the innate immune system to enhance the potency and duration of immune responses to vaccine antigens. The platform is currently in clinical development for use in both anti-cancer and antiviral vaccine applications, where it is intended to boost the efficacy of the associated vaccine candidates.
