Overview

ZN-B-2262 is an investigational, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), developed by Suzhou Zanrong Pharmaceutical Technology (Zanrong Pharma). It is primarily being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and locally advanced or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). By selectively binding to and inhibiting the tyrosine kinase domain of EGFR, ZN-B-2262 disrupts the signaling cascades that promote tumor cell proliferation, survival, and metastasis. The drug is designed to provide potent anti-tumor activity while minimizing off-target effects, and it is currently undergoing Phase 1/2 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with EGFR-driven malignancies.
