Drug intelligence / Profile preview
zocilurtatug pelitecan + atezolizumab + carboplatin is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the first-line treatment of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). The regimen combines zocilurtatug pelitecan (formerly ZL-1310), a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) conjugated to a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor payload, with atezolizumab, an anti-PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor, and carboplatin, a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent. By combining targeted cytotoxic delivery, immune checkpoint blockade, and systemic chemotherapy, this triplet regimen aims to achieve synergistic antitumor activity and improve outcomes in patients with aggressive neuroendocrine malignancies.
