Overview
**Zolnac** is an oral fixed-dose analgesic and gastroprotective combination marketed by Elliott Labs. It contains aceclofenac 200 mg, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits cyclooxygenase-mediated prostaglandin synthesis to reduce pain and inflammation, plus rabeprazole 20 mg, a proton-pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion through irreversible inhibition of the gastric hydrogen-potassium ATPase. The product is used for inflammatory musculoskeletal and joint pain, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis, while providing acid-suppression intended to reduce gastrointestinal adverse effects associated with NSAID therapy.
