Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Zolucatetide (FOG-001) is a lead investigational alpha-helical peptide developed by Parabilis Medicines using its proprietary Helicon™ platform. It functions as a direct inhibitor of the β-catenin:TCF interaction, a crucial oncogenic driver implicated in various cancers. The drug is currently in clinical development, advancing toward a pivotal trial for desmoid tumors, an indication for which it has received FDA Fast Track Designation. It is also being evaluated for other tumor types, including colorectal cancer, adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma, ameloblastoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma, as well as a broader range of Wnt/β-catenin-driven tumors.
