ZS-2004

ZS-2004 is a preclinical-stage radioligand drug conjugate (RDC) being developed by Shenzhen Genuine Biomedical Technology for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug is designed to target the gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR), a G protein-coupled receptor that is frequently overexpressed in various malignancies, including prostate, breast, and lung cancers. By utilizing the high affinity of its ligand for GRPR, ZS-2004 facilitates the targeted delivery of a radioactive payload directly to tumor cells, thereby inducing localized cytotoxic effects while sparing healthy tissue. It is intended for intravenous administration as a monotherapy.
