Overview

ZSNeo-DC1.1 is a personalized dendritic cell vaccine developed for the treatment of recurrent or progressive high-grade gliomas (WHO grade III-IV), including glioblastoma multiforme, in adult patients who have undergone surgical resection for recurrence. The therapy consists of autologous, genetic-modification-free dendritic cells loaded with multiple tumor neoantigen peptides and administered subcutaneously to stimulate an anti-tumor immune response. The vaccine aims to activate the patient's immune system by presenting tumor-specific neoantigens via antigen-presenting cells (dendritic cells), thereby inducing cytotoxic T-cell responses against tumor cells expressing these antigens. ZSNeo-DC1.1 is currently being evaluated in a phase I clinical trial to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy[1][2][3][5].
