Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Zurlectrectinib is a highly selective, next-generation small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor developed by InnoCare Pharma. It targets neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (TRK) fusions (NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3) and is indicated for the treatment of NTRK fusion-positive solid tumors. The drug has demonstrated encouraging efficacy and manageable toxicity in clinical trials, including in patients with brain metastasis and those resistant to first-generation TRK inhibitors, due to its strong brain penetration and intracranial activity.
