Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ZW437 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Zymeworks. It is part of a novel pan-RAS inhibitor ADC platform designed to target and treat cancers harboring RAS mutations. By combining a targeted antibody with a cytotoxic payload, ZW437 aims to selectively deliver therapy to tumor cells expressing specific markers associated with RAS-mutated pathways. As of early 2026, the drug is in preclinical development, with initial data scheduled for presentation at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting in April 2026.
