Overview

ZY-A002 is a Class 1.1 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) granule formulation developed by Yabao Pharmaceutical for the treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA) in children. It is specifically indicated for patients presenting with the TCM syndrome of wind pathogen lingering in the lung (风邪恋肺证), with therapeutic functions aimed at dispelling wind, diffusing the lung, relieving spasm, and alleviating cough (祛风宣肺、解痉止咳). ZY-A002 is currently in Phase III clinical development in China.
