ZYBP

ZYBP is a bicyclic peptide drug candidate developed by InnoBM Pharmaceuticals, targeting tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). Developed using the company's proprietary BPOSI (Bicyclic Peptide Optimization and Synthesis Interface) platform, ZYBP is designed to treat inflammatory diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and ocular inflammatory conditions. Bicyclic peptides represent an emerging modality that combines the high affinity and specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the stability and tissue penetration of small molecules. ZYBP is engineered for potential oral administration in IBD and topical delivery for ocular indications, offering a potentially more patient-friendly alternative to traditional injectable TNF-α inhibitors. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
