Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Zytolia is a food for special medical purposes (FSMP) developed by Laboratoire CCD, specifically formulated for the nutritional management of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It contains a combination of myo-inositol (4g), folic acid (vitamin B9, 400µg), vitamin D3 (5µg), zinc (10mg), and chromium (25µg). The primary active component, myo-inositol, acts as an insulin sensitizer, helping to reduce insulin resistance, hyperinsulinism, and hyperandrogenism, while also improving oocyte quality and ovulation. Zytolia is intended for women with PCOS presenting with insulin resistance, hyperandrogenism, or weight issues, and can be used as a complement to ovulation-inducing treatments or IVF protocols.
