Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ZZ06 is an investigational anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody designed to target and bind the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) on tumor cells. By binding to EGFR, ZZ06 prevents its activation and inhibits downstream EGFR-mediated signaling pathways that drive proliferation in EGFR-expressing tumor cells. EGFR is frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in adult patients with advanced EGFR-positive solid tumors who are not candidates for standard therapies[1][2][3][5].
