Two-thirds of the trials started since 2024
101 of the 156 trials started in 2024 or later, and 46 start in 2026 alone. Before 2024 the largest group was cell therapy (23 of 55 trials, mostly academic); since 2024 the growth is antibody-drug conjugates (57 of 101 starts), with a cluster of bispecifics opening in 2026.
The most-studied drugs
Risvutatug rezetecan (Hansoh, partnered with GSK) is in 14 early-phase trials, twice as many as any other B7-H3 agent. Ifinatamab deruxtecan (Daiichi Sankyo and Merck) follows with 7 trials here on top of its Phase 3 programme. The right-hand column gives the lead sponsor and how many of each drug's trials are recruiting or about to open.
Where the trials recruit
84 trials have at least one site in China and 70 in the United States, but the overlap is small: 68 trials recruit in China only, including 30 of the 72 ADC trials. Trials with sites in several countries are counted once per country.
Tumour types
64 trials enrol unselected solid tumours. Among trials that name a tumour type, prostate cancer, brain and CNS tumours and sarcomas lead. The paediatric cluster of neuroblastoma, diffuse midline glioma and sarcoma is almost entirely cell therapy (29 of the 52 cell-therapy trials), while the ADCs concentrate in lung, prostate and oesophageal cancer.

How the list was built
Three calls to Gosset's find_trials tool returned 212 unique trial records:

Gosset records a Phase 1/2 study under its highest phase, so the Phase 2 results were needed to catch them. Each record's phase was then confirmed against ClinicalTrials.gov: 177 are Phase 1, Phase 1/2 or Early Phase 1. Twenty-one of those are mesenchymal stromal cell trials that carry a B7-H3 tag because the cells express the antigen, not because the product targets it; they were removed, leaving 156. Modality and tumour-type groupings consolidate Gosset's labels for charting; the downloads keep the original labels.
