Overview
“炎症介质”是指在炎症反应过程中由细胞或体液释放、介导和调节炎症反应的一大类活性分子，包括细胞因子（如IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α等）、趋化因子、脂质介质、血管活性胺（如组胺）、活性氧代谢产物、一氧化氮（NO）、补体系统成分等。这些化学物质通过调控血管扩张、血管通透性、吸引免疫细胞、促进细胞激活与分化、调节细胞死亡与修复，对机体抵抗感染、损伤、修复等生理和病理过程起核心作用，但过度或失控的炎症介质释放会导致自身组织损伤，甚至炎症相关疾病如败血症、慢性炎症疾病和癌症。
