Target intelligence / Profile preview
ABCB10P1 is a non-protein coding pseudogene related to the functional gene ATP-binding cassette subfamily B member 10 (ABCB10). The N-terminus of its related protein (the functional ABCB10, M-ABC2) contains a mitochondrial-targeting signal sequence, but the pseudogene itself does not produce a functional transporter protein[7]. As a pseudogene, ABCB10P1 is not considered a therapeutic target, lacks known biological roles, drug interactions, or disease associations.
