Actin-binding transcription modulator (**ABITRAM**) is an actin-binding protein involved in regulating actin polymerization and the dynamics of filopodia, with a role in increasing proximal dendrite branching in developing neurons. It is implicated in neuronal morphogenesis and associated with some neurodevelopmental and neuropathic diseases, but is not a known therapeutic target or receptor[1][2][4][9].
