Target intelligence / Profile preview
ADGRB3 divergent transcript (ADGRB3-DT) is a human long noncoding RNA gene located at the ADGRB3 locus on chromosome 6. It does not encode a protein and is not implicated as a therapeutic target. While lncRNAs can have diverse regulatory functions in gene expression, chromatin remodeling, and cellular processes, specific functions and disease associations for ADGRB3-DT remain unclear. It has been identified in transcriptomic studies, including differential expression analyses in neuropsychiatric disease such as opioid use disorder, but there is no evidence for direct biological or clinical relevance at this time.
Not applicable. No drugs target ADGRB3-DT, so no mechanism of action is defined.
