ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 11 (ARL11) is a member of the Ras superfamily of small GTPases related to the ADP-ribosylation factor family. It functions as a tumor suppressor, integrating pro-apoptotic and immune-regulatory signals. ARL11 induces caspase-dependent apoptosis and suppresses tumor formation in various cancers, including lung, prostate, ovarian, breast, and hematological malignancies.
