ADPRHL1 localizes to structures close to the sarcomeric Z-disc, implicating it in actin dynamics and myofibril formation[1][2]. While not a direct drug or therapeutic target and not associated with any known interacting drugs or clinical biomarkers, mutations or deficiencies in ADPRHL1 are linked to severe defects in cardiac development, underscoring its specialized role in heart morphogenesis rather than in classical metabolism or signaling pathways typical of therapeutically targeted enzymes[1][2][3].
