The Akt-mTOR-S6K signaling axis is a central intracellular pathway that regulates key cellular processes such as cell growth, proliferation, survival, metabolism, and protein synthesis. This axis integrates signals from nutrients, growth factors, and cellular energy status to coordinate anabolic and catabolic responses in the cell.
