Target intelligence / Profile preview
The Alloimmune Defense Receptor (ADR) is a synthetic, engineered receptor designed to enhance the persistence and efficacy of allogeneic cell therapies by selectively targeting and eliminating activated host immune cells that would otherwise attack and reject the therapeutic cells. ADR-expressing therapeutic cells recognize and bind to 4-1BB on activated host T and NK cells, leading to the deletion of these alloreactive lymphocytes.
