Overview
Angiogenic cytokines are a group of paracrine signaling molecules that regulate angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels. These cytokines, including VEGFs, angiopoietins, TGF-β, FGFs, and certain pro-inflammatory cytokines, act on nearby cells to stimulate endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation.
