Overview
Annexin A2 (ANXA2) is a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein involved in various cellular processes. It forms a heterotetrameric complex with S100A10 and participates in exocytosis, endocytosis, membrane organization, fibrinolysis, and cytoskeletal linkage. It is implicated in tumor progression, preeclampsia, infectious diseases, and bone resorption.
